Ordering

Either search for an item or select a product from the catalogue with the brand or keyword from the left tab to find your specific item. Once an item is found go to ‘Request Quote’ and fill out the form or simply send an email to quote@questworldwide.co.in with your Request for Quotation (RFQ) along with drawings and specifications if any.

To find your existing order, simply write an email to orders@questworldwide.co.in for an immediate update or directly to the manufacturer, in that case, the responsibility lies on us to get you a real-time update. We are in the process of activating an option to track your status online.

 

Available means products that will normally available with the manufacturer on request. Some products may be ordered and shipped by the manufacturer with varying lead-times. In-Stock means products are in-stock with the manufacturer and ready for shipment on the next business day.

Locations

To find a location, select ;Locations on the top bar which will direct you to the locations with a
detailed address, you can also move your cursor on the world map to view the address or office
location in the respective geography.

Product Information

Select ‘Enquiries’ from lists of products searched and then fill out the requested information or simply send a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on email  enquiries@questworldwide.co.in 

From the Home Screen, select the ‘view catalogue’ on the top right of the screen. From there you can view all pages of the catalogue and enter item numbers while submitting the quote or simply send an email.

The product support and technical queries will be managed on the email along with the manufacturer so please write an email directly to supplier copying us or direct your queries on support@questworldwide.co.in



Company Information

Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top bar. From here, you can access more information about Quest Worldwide, including the mission statement and brief profile of associated individuals.

Training

Yes, we offer a variety of classes both hands-on and via webcast with the help of the seller.

Suppliers

From the Home Screen, select ‘Supplier Registration’ on the top bar. Then select ‘New Supplier Request Form’ under the section ‘How to Become a Supplier’. Your request will be evaluated, and someone from Quest will contact you.

Supplier information such as their strengths, vintage, credibility, financial standing and certification will be made available to the buyer in case the same is requested by the buyer.



The supplier’s basic due diligence is already carried out by Quest before we onboard. However, if there is a need for a field audit, Quest will only facilitate, and the responsibility lies with the buyer.

Buyer

The sales contract and engagement terms are directly agreed with the seller, including payment terms. These terms and conditions are covered under the sales contract between the buyer and seller.



The warranty and product liability remains with the seller including delay in delivery of the order. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our roles and responsibilities.
